TUNESS organized a fundraising event organized on February 6, 2011 in honor of the martyrs of the Tunisian Revolution in collaboration with Alwan Center for the Arts. Altogether, there were over 200 people who attended the fundraiser and enjoyed a day of good Tunisian gastronomy, delightful Arab performers, and outpouring solidarity.

We collected $11,339 from the following income streams:
- Event ticket sales: $6,454 from 166 tickets
- Merchandise sales (T-shirts, caps, mugs): $3,905
- Other donations: $980
The merchandise costs are $2,972 (of which $420 were donated)
The net proceeds are thus $8,921 (approx. 12,000 Tunisian Dinars)
The funds were distributed across 8 families in Thala, Menzel Borguiba, and Ouardanine.
Finally, about 2,500 TND were donated to the orphan house Dar El Amel in El Menzah 6.
